Welcome to Raining Cats ("the App"), developed and operated by Raining Cats ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

7. User-Generated Content (if applicable in future)

If the App later allows creation of custom phrases or content, you agree that:

The App uses Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions) for authentication, data storage, and backend operations.

Your use of these services is also governed by Firebase's terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for any third-party failures, outages, or security vulnerabilities outside our control.

9. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee:

• That the App will operate uninterrupted
• That the App will always provide accurate or updated weather-based content
• That the App will be free of errors or bugs

You agree that we are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or errors.

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, and protect your personal information.
